Established by Ed Meitner in 1998, EMM Labs is the world's premier designer of professional digital audio converter systems. EMM Labs electronics is internationally acclaimed and universally regarded as state of the art.

The Challenge

EMM Labs had a fantastic site. The problem; designed completely in flash, it required loads of bandwidth. An international company, EMM has clients worldwide, many in areas such as Europe, China and Brazil - just to name a few. This presented a serious problem as most of these countries were not up to North American Standards for internet access. EMM loved their site, but wanted a non-flash equivalent that was easy to maintain and update, while matching the look and feel of the flash version.

The Solution

Electric Media re-built the site from the ground up to mirror EMM's pre-existing site, using extensive CSS and javascript. New sections were meticulously developed to match their existing branding, use of stock photography and style. The end result was a site that looked great and extremely functional, yet small enough that users on slower connections could easily view the site without long wait times.
